I have been training consistently for about 2 years now and of course like everyone else we all hit plateaus and don’t see the results that we desire, then one day I met Jay at my local gym he gave me honest feedback as well as a solution to my problem, that’s where he taught me about supplements I should be taking as well as how to properly diet. As soon as I took his advice I started seeing changes, with his honest feedback he always pushes me to challenge myself, when it comes to training and nutrition he really knows what he is talking about!

Jay has helped me out on a couple different fronts. A few months ago i plateaued. He gave me a couple tips on supplements i could try. The supplements helped me break thru. I hit a wall again and after discussing my nutrition and making a couple of tweaks i've loss additional weight. He knows what he's talking about.

His exercise routines worked well for by body to adjust quickly and efficiently. Jay is very knowledgeable, he explains well which exercises target which muscles, he personalizes my nutrition diet plan in a way that I don’t have to give up my favorite food and always comes up with some creative ideas.
